How long does a groom take?
Plan on 1.5 to 3 hours. We text you as soon as your dog is ready, and ask that pets are picked up within an hour.
What do I need to bring?
Proof of an up-to-date rabies vaccination on your first visit.
How often should my dog be groomed?
Every 4–8 weeks, with brushing at home in between, keeps coats healthy and free of mats. Our prices are based on a 6–8 week schedule.
When can my puppy have a first groom?
Around 2.5–3.5 months old. The first session is short — 60 minutes at most — so your puppy learns grooming is calm and safe.
Do you groom senior dogs?
Yes — our Comfort Grooming service is made for them.
What if I need to cancel?
Please reschedule or cancel at least 48 hours ahead. A $25 per dog fee may apply when no-shows become repetitive.
